When will i receive my order?
We rely on specialized and highly professional couriers and by purchasing through our e-commerce you have the possibility to receive the product directly at home within the accepted times and methods (3 working days).
Obviously we deliver the products throughout Italy, including the islands and we use quality packaging to obtain a more than safe transport of the product.
Can I withdraw from an order that has already been placed?
Obviously it is possible, and to exercise it, the User must send MVFashion brand MVitalia di Voglino Maurizio, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Products, a written communication by e-mail to the following email address info@mvfashion.it with subject "Exercise of the right of withdrawal"
a) expressly declaring their will to withdraw and providing the following additional information:
the. purchase order number and date
ii. delivery date of the purchase order
iii. the name and address of the Consumer
iv. the indication of an email and telephone number of the Consumer and obviously the article code, or of the articles for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Using your discount code is easy and intuitive:
very simply your discount code is valid for the first purchase, enter it at the time of "checkout" and it is all done, we will send the product you have purchased within the established time frame.
I forgot my password, how can I recover it?
The password is chosen by the user during registration and, for security reasons, is stored in encrypted form.

Can i track my shipment?
All shipments booked through www.mvfashion.it can be tracked online. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail directly from the courier.
